Ratings and Reviews
The product and app are lacking.
The app while paired with my trail air has been very hit or miss. The cellular streaming options has yet to work. Also the person tracking has a hard time tracking the singular person. My camera keeps switching it’s focus to people on the side or back ground during sports filming.
I have reached out but have not gotten any feedback from the company.
I will change my review if these issues are addressed, but until then it’s not a great experience and I doubt I could trust it to preform (using ai features) in the field.

Could you please update the OBSBOT Start app version to check the cellular stream issue? As for the focus issue, please send a video to our support email so that we can investigate it thoroughly. Please fix no space error
Hello, I’d like to say I love this app and the camera itself but one issue I’ve constantly had is, it will say insufficient space, now it’s not talking about the SD card itself it’s talking about phone space however I have WAYYY MORE than enough space on my iPhone and ICloud storage so if someone could please help or maybe devs can make a fix I’d so greatly appreciate it and many others i believe
Portrait mode freezes my phone
Every time I click to go from landscape to portrait my phone completely freezes up and I have to restart it. The app will stay locked with a black screen and won’t budge or show the camera footage . Nothing works, no buttons, no screen viewing, no phone controls nothing works in the app. And when I close out of the app and restart the app says camera in use so it won’t let me back in unless I power down and restart the tail.
