A major bug
I bought OBDeleven about 2 years ago and have been using it on all of my VW’s with no problem. Have used the live data function numerous times, the quick apps were awesome, HOWEVER. I recently made the switch to an F10 BMW and every time I open the app to scan the car or do whatever, the car cycles itself. So it shuts off the car completely then cycles back to accessory mode. This should not happen, it isn’t normal. Also, the lack of a live data panel is a huge downside. I need to see when the car last did its regeneration, how clogged the dpf is, and various other parameters. PLEASE FIX/ADD THESE FEATURES!!!

Regarding live data, it’s a highly requested feature for non-VAG cars, so every extra vote helps push it forward. We appreciate your feedback and will share your suggestions with our engineers and developers. Thank you for sharing!
Does not display Readiness Status
I should have checked to make sure that obdeleven was able to display emissions check readiness status. It does not. I recommend choosing a different scanner if that matters to you.
Not sure if this is a good buy
No customer service help Said they would get back to me within two days it’s been three still no reply. Not sure if I buy credits when purchasing something with credits. If I have to do it again do I have to buy more credits for the same thing. Not a lot of information nor live help to better navigate the system.

When purchasing items with credits, each One-Click App (OCA) use consumes credits unless covered by the Ultimate VAG plan for VAG cars. Additional credits may be required for repeated usage of the same function. We understand the importance of better navigation and support and are continuously working to improve user experience.
