Do not purchase the Nordpaw tracker associated with this app. the GPS is grossly inaccurate as it shows still being in china. customer service is worthless and if you get logged out you can’t log back in if you logged in with the IMEI. I’d give less stars if that was an option
Works great
Device has built in SIM card. Loaded the app and put in the required imei number and password of my choice. And poof, brought up a map with the precise location of the dog. Live tracking was good, and the history feature showed everywhere he had been at the end of the day. I had a question so I emailed support and got an answer in less than an hour. Battery only lasts a day, but I can work around that.
How on earth?
Negative 5 stars. How on earth can the best dog tracker be associated with the single worst app ever created? It doesn’t even feel safe. My phone keeps warning me that it is not secure.
