NumberBarn Classic 4+

Hi NumberBarn, I love your service because it’s inexpensive and works. However, as I use it more I’m going to need some updates to the app. 1) Notifications - for calls, messages, etc. 2) VOIP calling. They’re available on the website, now it’s time for the app. Please and thank you!

Their customer service team went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. They were consistent in touching base with me and I didn’t have to wait for replies. They sent me emails to ensure my port away went smoothly as we had some issues on the next carriers end. All is well and I’m very happy with this service provided. I’d been using number barn for years, then one day it stopped working.

I use the service for my business. Some calls make it through, some don’t and that’s the biggest problem because most people probably don’t even realize half the calls aren’t coming through. I only find out when I have angry customers yell at me.

For a year and a half every month or so I have to contact NumberBarn support. They tell me “great news! We’ve fixed your issue!” It’s never been fixed. It improves for a day or two then regresses.

It does confirm that it’s a number barn issue, because they are able to improve performance in the short term. I don’t know what’s going on over there but it feels like they are intentionally diverting resources from my line at certain times of the day or after a certain amount of time since my last complaint.
