Instead of paying to read the rest of the chapter why don’t we just use the coins and pay it like that because these are obviously ai stories and right now I I’m reading a novel called crimes without evidence I wanted to read the fifth chapter and why would I pay 20$ just to read on novel I found out from tiktok ai’s I say take off the novabeats plus and let all chapters be free
Don’t Download Unless You Like Being Robbed
About a month ago the app glitched and I lost access to my account and for some reason my password wasn’t working so I tried to change the password. However, upon receiving the link I realized the link wouldn’t work because something was wrong on their end. I immediately emailed the app developer and was sent down a rabbit hole of “troubleshooting solutions” that never solved anything. I’d sent screenshot after screenshot, video recordings of me trying to access my account unsuccessfully, and after two weeks of back and forth with no resolution, they stopped responding all together. I tried resolving the issue across multiple devices and I have requested a new link at least 30 times to no avail. Two days prior to this I had spent $50+ paying for chapters to books and a membership that I now can’t access because the app developer has done absolutely nothing to assist me and now won’t respond to my emails asking for assistance or a refund. I have downloaded some bad apps, but this one is by far the worst I’ve encountered to date and their customer service is subpar at best.
The setup is only great if you pay for it
The app is only great if you pay for it. In order to finish most of the dramas, it requires payment. On the upside every week they offer a couple dramas to watch for free, for a small period of time. But I do wish that it offered the option to watch commercials to open chapters. It got me hooked on one drama and then insisted on payment. I was never able to complete it. It is very frustrating. I do a lot of these apps and they always have the option to watch commercials to open chapters. The only option this gives is check in, where you get five points, but in order to open a chapter, it requires 39. At five points a day it takes over a week to open one chapter.
This is very frustrating and not user friendly. I am going to most likely delete it.
