Best Banking App I’ve Used - Pleasantly Surprised
After searching for months for a bank with a solid app and online portal, I was surprised that our regional bank here in Omaha NE has one of the best.
I used about 10 other banks in the last few years trying to find someone that fits my needs to manage a small business and personal checking account through the same portal. NW Bank does this and it’s very intuitive to use.
The credit score tracking feature in the app is also one of the best I’ve used. Gives all the info I need in a well designed interface. It’s better than Credit Karma.
All this plus I have had great interactions every time I’ve had to call and talk with someone at the bank. Absolutely would recommend.
Logging in on mobile
Last night I was trying to deposit a check and It wouldn’t let me log in. It could not verify my information I tried about 15 times. Now this morning at 10 o’clock it works. Frustrating!
New version is super slow and glitchy
The new version combines the banking app and card control app together. Separately these apps are great. The new app prohibits the old out from opening and direct you to use the new updated app.
The new combined app is very glitchy and very slow. I’m hoping that development reads this and simplifies the card side of the app. We sat spending limits on the card and have to frequently raise it and the new app takes nearly 3 times longer to do what we used to.
