App is horrible
It was not good before, but you release an uptade for a worst app? You have to input all your info every time youll order and they just dont recognize your location!
Oh and try to put “no tip” for a pick order, it just dont let you go forward, its like you HAVE to tip!
For real anybody tested this before uptade?
Went from OK to terrible
Newest iteration of the app has removed support for Apple Pay and no longer saves any info needed for your order.
Ordering has gone from a few clicks to needing to enter name, phone, email, and card info every time.
Points system not good
Rewards need to be revamped. Right now it’s not good it is too difficult to redeem and it’s too hard to earn rewards you need to spend so much so what’s the point might as well not use it.
