App excessively collects user’s ID#
I’d commented but my comment disappeared so I post it again. Cashcard has been anonymous stored-value card for paying ERP. Its virtual version (called vCashcard) enabled in this app unreasonably requests user’s ID# via SingPass to register. It has no rationale to excessively collect user’s critical info!
Developer replied that its linking to a credit card for auto top-up makes the registration justified. Yes registration is needed but like in many e-commerce usecases, registration can be just creation of login credential with which user manages the virtual card and its linking to vehicle.

Fantastic to be able to top up my cash card in the car for car parks and ERP. However, every time I do a top up it asks me for my credit card info again. Even though I’ve provided that info under payment methods in my profile. Would be great if I can just select one of my pre-entered cards instead of re-entering the details. Or add support for Apple Pay, that would achieve the same goal of making it quick and easy to top up my card.

Hi FIXpro, to use one of your saved credit cards on NETS App to top up NETS FlashPay card, you will need to login to your NETS Account. Please follow these steps to login: 1. Launch NETS App, on the top right corner, there is a human icon, select it and "Sign in". 2. Scroll down and select "Already have an account? Sign in"
Ate my money
Topped up $20 and it was approved but the app asked me to scan the card again to complete and then timed out. After logging back in a “complete” sign came out but with an exclamation point. I checked the balance, still the same. But on my credit card the charges are pending. Sigh… now to wait to see if I have to call Nets and the Bank to get my money back!
