I can see a bunch of homes really fast
This app has an amazing feature that let's you scroll through dozens of home just by swiping the screen down.
I can see quick photos and details for a home (takes up half the screen per home) and scroll to a new home with a swipe to see more choices. I can see more photos for each home by swiping to the left or to the right.
This makes it much faster then the MLS, where I have to separately click on each home and wait for the page to load. While I'm sitting in line I can look for the next home to raise my family in!
Personal library helped me build options
What helped me most was how I could favorite homes that I liked to look at later. As I was not sure what features I really wanted in a home, I just favorited all the homes that looked interesting to me. After a week I had a lot of great options in my library, and I showed them to my friends, and they helped me narrow it down to my top 3 best options.

Easy to see photos of homes!
The app makes it easy to check out photos of homes because all that I have to do is swipe to the left or right and I can see more photos. This quickly gives me an intuitive feel for the home. Since I can do all this in mobile it's a huge boost. I look for homes in line at the store, waiting in the airport... Even at red lights sometime! ;)
