Nequi Colombia 4+

It’s an ideal app for small businesses or just for the people who don’t manage large amounts of money and want to make payments to other suppliers without paying a fee or in a determined place. It’s really useful

This app is garbage. It’s poorly written causing which results in it crashing and not rendering display elements (i.e. a completely blank screen) rendering it unusable.

And that’s before I even signed up for an account - which I can’t do because someone else had my cell phone number before me and they have their Nequi account linked to it, so I can’t use it for my own account. Nequi support told me they tried reach the owner but couldn’t so therefore if I want to use Nequi I have to get another cell phone number - how idiotic!

Every time I try to register, something is wrong with the app. Every time I talk to a cs rep, they fill out a ticket and tell me someone will get back to me & no one does. And the next time I talk to a different cs rep, they have no record of the previous ticket. I spent *months* in this cycle until I finally gave up. And then today I thought I’d try again, and again the app isn’t working correctly. At this point I’m thinking it’s some sort of scam? They can’t be that incompetent, can they?
