Description
NEPViewer provides real-time monitoring for BDM micro inverter systems from Northern Electric & Power Inc. (NEP)

A username and password from https://www.nepviewer.com is required. User of this APP needs to register on the NEPViewer website first.
NEPViewer supports multiple languages including English, Spanish, German, French, Portuguese, Polish, Japanese and Chinese.

App Refresh and Login Issues
The app does not refresh readily. To view real-time data you have to quit which logs the user out. Credentials must then be re-entered to access the app. Overall layout is pretty intuitive and user-friendly, but accessibility could be improved.
Old version was better
I used to be able to see the amount of power each panel was producing, now I can’t find anywhere on the app that shows that. I had a panel malfunction and wasn’t producing any power. I was able to catch it because of the ability to monitor each panel in the old app. Now I guess I just have to hope that nothing goes wrong? Please address this.

Useless
I was excited to use the NEP viewer app, so that I could see our solar production, but it has been nothing but a disappointment.
The app is supposed to monitor my solar system’s performance, but the data is either delayed or completely inaccurate.
Customer support is practically non-existent. I’ve sent multiple requests for help.
