This app is available to all residents, administrators, property managers, or community stakeholders, with a current Vinteum Neighbors login
Neigbrs by Vinteum is an award-winning communication and management platform for Condo and HOA board members, managers, residents, and stakeholders.
If you are a resident trying to access your community association’s portal, you will require an invite from your account admin.
Stay up to date with everything that is going on in your community when you’re on the go: View and post notices and social network posts, book amenities, set up maintenance requests, access documents, and receive real-time notifications.
All of this in an easy-to-use, modern app that will save you time and keep you in the loop with your community’s news.

Failed update
This update needed more testing. Still waiting on a blank screen without a way out.
Doesn’t matter if you have super cool features and wonderful UX changes, if the app doesn’t function, it is as useless as a brick at the bottom of a lake. Right now this app is a useless brick.
Update loop
Currently evaluating the solution for our condo. Installed the mobile app, but when logging in, presented with error box stating “Update Required” that the installed version (which is current) is longer supported.
Upon selecting the “update” button option, I am taken back to App Store, where only the “Open” option is available. Selecting that, I am taken back to the app, resulting in a endless loop condition.
Feature changes
Hours use to show as normal time now only military time. Push messages in Spanish now. Cannot find any support on using app to make changes.
