Your lights are amazing - they're so well-built and fantastic. However, having to control your lighting system through this app is extremely frustrating. As a wedding videographer, I urge you to please update and improve this application, or create a remote control option for your lights. It's very frustrating to work with your lights, despite the amazing quality of your products.

Perhaps this app has been improved. I have had a good recent test operating my neewer lights with this app. In the past, it frustratingly loses the connection with the lights and needs to be restarted.

I was hoping that this app was available for use on iPad in a slightly different format. I use my lights during a live show recording and they’re not always available to turn on and off because of the connection problem. Plus, the interface is annoying because the buttons are SO SMALL. I was hoping that there was an iPad version with a bigger interface, but unfortunately not. Eventually, I may be looking at another brand of lights. I can always use these for a different application because they don’t function quite reliably enough in certain live situations.

Bummer they don’t work as intended. The problem is not user error.

It was working fine for weeks and then just before a huge livestream it stopped letting me connect more than one light at time. My lights are super high up, only reachable by ladder. Now I have to delete all my devices and add one, make changes, then delete it, add another to make changes. I could not find any customer service number for the app. Considering Govee has no problem with their app, I find this so unacceptable. If they fix this problem I’ll come back and change my review. Lights are amazing, but if you’re a two man team that heavily rely on the app I would go with another company.
