The Neato Burrito App uses background GPS Location services to:
- Detect how close you are to our location(s) so we can time your pickup or takeout window pickup perfectly.
- Help us perfectly time how close you are to our location, so we can prepare your order and keep it as warm as possible when you pick it up or when we bring it up to the takeout window.
- Send you Nearby Push Notification Alerts - to let you know when you're near one of our locations or pop-up cafes or farmer's market stands.
- Send you real-time deal alerts when you're close to one of our locations.

Note: Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.

App Crashes and is Randomly Unresponsive
When attempting to add money to my wallet, the app simply crashes. Meanwhile, I have a ton of points that I can’t use because the wallet feature won’t work!
On top of what was mentioned above, the app is terribly temperamental in it’s responsiveness. I can’t believe this app has been out for several months and is still this buggy. It appears that whoever designed this app didn’t test it, or if they did test it they didn’t test it thoroughly.
Apple Pay?
Why isn’t there a option for Apple Pay. I don’t want to store my credit card on the app. Or at least put a add card info option in the credit card pay area.
Much Improved!
I had a ton of issues when this site was rolled out- glad to see they’ve all been addressed. No issues in the last month or so!! Only suggestions: skip the signature (if I can buy a computer without signing, why do I need to sign for a $10 burrito?), and I’d love the ability to leave tips for the hardworking employees during all of this.

Our famous server company had system wide Network Problems this morning, which took down hundreds of websites and apps all over the US and was totally and unfortunately out of our control, so that's why you were experiencing problems.
