Amazing service. Just what you need after arriving . No hassle with taxis and waiting other drivers from other applications depending on their mood and declining car quality. Please keep it up. I would recommend adding Apple Pay to make payments easier.

I had a completely unprofessional experience with their application and customer service, which lacks basic business practices. I booked and paid for a reservation, and we confirmed the details via WhatsApp. However, after two hours, and at a very late hour, they canceled my reservation, claiming they could not find a car of the same category. This was particularly frustrating as it was a critical time for me, and I couldn't look for an alternative on such short notice. What makes this situation even more disappointing is that the staff are supposed to provide better service, especially given the circumstances. This will be the last time I deal with them.
