Convenient App

It’s easy and it flows with other accounts with the credit union. Me, my husband and son can use this app to transfer money to each other than using cash app or Venmo. It is a great app.

Review

The previous app worked much quicker and processed payments much faster without so many delays. The improved app is much slower
And charges and transfers show up muncher later or take much longer to post even as pending to account. Acts more like the normal bank debit card with lots of delays and out of order debits to acct. instead of being in order of debit from acct. I like the way the old app processed debits , debits and transfers and speed at which they posted to acct over current process.

It will not open at all

The old app updated, and since then I haven’t been able to open it at all. I keep getting an access denied page, as though the entire app won’t let me in at all. I definelty have an account on here, I went to a navigator in person to set up this account here. I have even tried deleting it the app and redownloading it, but even that doesn’t work. I’ve tried the website it says to go to, but that doesn’t work either. I don’t know what to do, this app just doesn’t work at all!
