Notifications
Love the app. But there is no place to review the notifications so one can delete them. I would love to get rid of the number that is attached to app before opening. But everything else is great. Love the maps and ticket options.
Problems forwarding tickets, downloading maps
I was unable to forward tickets for Daytona Intl Speedway using the app. It did not allow me to scroll down to a forward button on a ticket as described in the instructional video. I was able to do this from a web browser on my phone on the Daytona website.
I could sort of download track maps in the app but it just displayed them on a separate page and didn’t give me the opportunity to save them. Using a web browser on my phone I could save the resulting pdf file in Google Files on my phone.
I am using an iPhone 8, version 15.6.1.
Can’t access my tickets
I called over a week ago about not being able to access my tickets. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app like I was told and now my tickets are completely gone. When I told the person that my tickets were gone. The person stated “ try reaching out to NASCAR and see what they can do for you. I can’t help with that.” I still have no reply from NASCAR. Please fix the app!! All I see is “something went wrong….api error:/events:401
