First time i used the app to order, food arrived on time (one hour). Second time, it took one hour to accept the order, but no info about delivery time yet. There are no numbers to call or any contact info at all. The second experience was a big disappointment given that i have no idea if my food was prepared or on its way or cancelled😓

Honestly, I was looking for a half star for this app, same issue as others encountered, I make the order and it stays “pending” for 1 hour, 1 full hour until you start calling them and asking if they have received it, only then it somehow pops up in their system.

I suggest having faster and more reliable systems available for your company before starting an app that denounces the awesome restaurant.

I used the app twice:
first time the payment was made but the order was canceled after an hour without notice

Second time:
Two minutes after putting the order, the order status was changed to delivered!!

I called the restaurant to complain, and they confirmed they received the order but they had to confirm all the ‘order status steps’ on the app to scan the order

Also, the driver will call to get the location which means there is no point from adding your address or location to the app.
