SMRs. Date on bill of reading by Nama 30 or 31
Condition for SMR to be accepted 28to 30 days.
Readings are only accepted between 5th to 25th. So its not possible to load SMRs as will not accept on 28th of the month. It makes no sense.
Last bill Nov readings although written as regular was for sure an estimate. I checked my meters. Please correct the period that SMRs will be accepted if NAMA really wants customers to load actual readings and avoid estimates
Worst and irresponsible support
This is worst and irresponsible company I find oman. Wrong billing, wrong meter reading, very bad support. Never responds to support emails or complaints. Horrible!!

ماشاء الله سريعين في قطع الخدمة بس صارلي اسبوع من قدمت طلب ارجاع الخدمة وما رجعت ، اريد افهم ليش ؟
