MyStudio App 4+

MyStudio is a total game-changer in the world of registration and communication tools, and I'm thrilled to share my experience with it.

Whether you're running a martial arts studio, yoga center, dance school, or any other membership-based business, MyStudio has you covered. It's designed with versatility in mind, catering to a wide range of businesses, including crossfit gyms, gymnastics academies, summer camps, and fitness studios.

One of the standout features of MyStudio is how effortlessly it allows customers to register and connect with these businesses. The registration process is a breeze, and the communication tools are top-notch. It's like having a direct line to your customers, making it easier than ever to keep them in the loop about events, retail offerings, and memberships.

What's even more impressive is the user-friendly interface. It doesn't matter if you're a tech guru or a newbie; navigating MyStudio is a breeze.

We use this for our karate school and it is great in some areas but needs some work in others. It would be great for our students to be able to see in the app what classes they’ve registered for & be able to cancel or reschedule within the app instead of through their confirmation email. It would also be nice if our students could check in from the app on their own device when they arrive for classes instead of having to wait in line for the school’s iPad & especially now to help ease a little in the sanitation department.

In the latest app update if you have multiple participants added into your app only one participant is showing to be able to register and you can’t manually add or change the participant. This is making it difficult for our parents to sign themselves up as well as their kids for classes and making it difficult for us since we have limited space availability at the moment & have a number cap put on our class registrations.

I enrolled my kids for the first time in a summer camp that uses this app and it’s made my mom admin life easy!!

I can easily stay connected to the summer camp staff when I need to pick up early or have any questions, as well as easily make payments, register my kids for more camp weeks, and quickly change update things in my profile.

It’s so easy to use and saves me loads of time scrolling through my inbox to find details. Loving it!
