MySolArk 4+

This app malfunctions regularly and is so incredibly frustrating. It frequently reports 0% on both battery life and household usage. Closing and waiting for the app to right itself to see if the next opening will reveal the right readouts wastes a lot of time, especially because it Still reads 0% after many attempts. I’ve just started going directly out to the unit itself for more reliable information! The PV Pro wasn’t great, but it wasn’t as unreliable and irritating as this one.

Provides good situational awareness on the system functionality but some aspects of the interface suggest the designers/developers do not actually use the app themselves. Please allow for select/cut/paste in the app. Please maintain data, I have had faults; the app says ‘no data’. Weather information is nice, but I and a friend have not seen it populate. Customization is limited to temperature. That data was lost in the PV Pro migration was disappointing. The “0”readings on battery charge and household power use (obviously a glitch) that I and others have experienced seem to be fixed. I think you make a strong product, but improving your customer facing interface would add to your appeal and word of mouth recommendations by existing customers. Would also recommend you take the time to respond to your end-user reviews, like this one. If anything is incorrect, please advise. Thank you.

Works much better than the old app.
Would like to see 1) a summary of all daily parameters instead of having to view the monthly data chart to get this information (does it include the load when no PV generation is taking place?), 2) even without batteries, it would be very useful to see the load updated over the entire 24 hours of the graph, not only when PV is generating power, and 3) for some reason, the version number of the app appears nowhere to be seen; wasn’t there a gear earlier one could click on to get that information?
Also, have been waiting for months for the weather info to re-appear. Why has this not been fixed yet???
