I was locked out of my app because I tried the wrong password too many time. When I called customer service I was in the new app within minutes after answering some questions. Fast service, thank you to Elizabeth!
Fast and easy
Love the new app no stalls
Not Tested
The Quick Links does nothing, they forgot to link it. The Statements and Documents takes you back to Accounts. No statements or documents. The only thing I have found that I can do on this App is look at transactions and transfer money between accounts. You can NOT pay bills on it either. I would have tested it for them for free just to avoid the frustration.
