Water bus tickets did not work
I am trying to get a refund now because I wasted 30 minutes trying to get them to work and just had to buy new tickets.
Don’t visit Venice without this app!
We only had three days in Venice and this app saved us so much time! Instead of wasting hours each day waiting in line with thousands of other tourists to buy tickets (not to mention the difficulty of entertaining our two kids while in line :-), we used this app to buy our tickets to visit the amazing sites of Venice. No lines! We used it for museums and water buses and it worked perfectly for us. We’ll try it for the gondolas next! Bravo MyPass for helping us make every minute in Venice count!
Water bus tickets didn’t work
Bought tickets with this app and the water bus station on Burano rejected them.

Thank you for your report, from the way you described the problem maybe you did not know that you need to enter the pnr code in the ticket machines to access the water bus. If this was not the reason why you were unable to access the waterbus, please contact our customer service, which is available 7/7 from 9 am to 7 pm.
