The App is very slow
This is new app is very thoughtful with all great features that can be thought of but it’s very slow and makes using it very boring. Also can the app automatically pick up the OTP and proceed to the next stage without it being insert.
Please kindly fix the lag issues because it’s making this great innovation not being enjoyed
Not good enough
I had great hopes for this app only for them to crashed in a matter of seconds. You have introduced a new app that’s great news but why do we have to download a new app. Why not just add the new features to the old one. Don’t get me wrong the interface is great but the developers need to work on the functionalities. For instance the approval menu does not show approvals for airtime(i.e when you buy multiple data and you don’t want to constantly type your pin in the normal way). That’s is kinda annoying. And don’t get me started on them cash out option. It’s trash. DEVELOPERS NEED TO GET WORK HARDER AND SMARTER
Using Merchant App and Momo App on one device
You should be able to run and manage the merchant app on the same phone as the my momo app without switching sims. The merchant is more like a bank account so this feature should be available
