It’s a one-stop online customer service center with everything MetLife has to offer! Manage your account, read the latest on health, fitness, and financial wellness, and access customer service. If you have medical insurance through your employer, you can also use the app to also access pre-approvals, submit and view claims and view your ID card. If you’re eligible, the app will also help you access Wellbeing Connect and the health tracking tool.

Unusable

The app just crashes and won’t open. I checked for an update and there is none. I have an emergency and need to access my account and can’t. This app is actually dangerous and needs to be updated for the actual 2020s, not for 1999. Just garbage.

Pretty much garbage quality of an app

Logs in to main page, then automatically logs me out to log in screen. Log in again, then automatically logs me out to log in screen again. Frustrating!
