What happened to my free slot play

I was playing the slots at live and I finally got a bonus! The bonus paid $0 for 10 free spins. I contacted the Maryland Lottery as instructed by a slots manager and the customer service rep suggested I had a gambling problem instead of explaining why the “bonus game” paid $0. It’s a bonus so it shouldn’t come up if it doesn’t mean anything. Anyways, after I complained and they basically said I had an addiction, they also took away my $15 slot credit I received weekly. It’s not a lot I know, but I feel it’s a personal attack. I stopped at customer service the last time I went to acquire about the free slot dollars and she didn’t have a clue why it stopped. She wanted to give me a number to marketing, I didn’t accept it. Now the app is offering me a $5 dining credit ( $5 won’t buy anything) and under the $5 dining credit is a 1800 number for gambling anonymous. This shows you how these people really think and work. They entice you with lights and possibilities and then cheat and make you think you’re the problem.

Whats the point of using this app, The app has no idea where you are its always set to Maryland, I have to change it every time I use it !! Can’t book a room click on book a reservation takes you on the web !! Can’t transfer free slot play to your card just another dead-end !! I need to wait in line and use those trash kiosks in the casino more wasted time. whoever the genius was that designed tequila entry system made a fatal flaw. Nine times out of 10 the keyless entry system doesn’t work and to make manners worse the wireless key doesn’t work in the elevator !! I’ve come to the conclusion that this app was made by a bunch of monkeys. There’s no way humans could screw it up this bad. The app is just hot garbage and needs to be revamped. All the money this casino makes, and this is the best you could do !!! 🤣😂🤣
