Frustrated
I like that many results are posted, but not nearly all. No cardiac testing, pulmonary tests, or tests other than lab and X-rays appear on the app. Even pathology results are posted, but not others. There used to be a procedure section and a clinical notes section, but now they even seem to be gone. Disappointing.

Nearly empty - not related to HIPAA or PHI
I cannot tell if Physician’s Regional Hospital in Naples, FL is using this. Their website has a link “patient portal” which brings me there, but it is basically (almost) empty. They use “Athena Health” app which has more info. in it. Either the data should be transferred/added/updated in this app to be complete & up to date, or the hospital in Naples, FL should remove/update the link. Why make healthcare more challenging to navigate for patients in general, and in Naples, FL which has a high >65 yrs old population?
Thanks for response from developer. Updating all patient data into the app from the hospital records would not violate HIPAA as there would not be any PHI included. This is not specific to any patient. It is for all patients of the hospital.

Useless
Completely useless. Both desktop and app versions haven’t displayed any information for weeks. It is literally just a blank page being displayed on my phone! Going to delete app.
