Life Changing!
This app is incredible & offers a variety of great workouts so that you never feel like your doing the same thing over and over! It has everything you need ranging from beginners yoga - a variety of resistance training. Also a great accountability tool to make sure your staying focused on meeting your goals. Coach Jen provides guidance throughout all of the workouts & I highly credit her & the app for the body transformation I’ve gone through!
I love this app!
The monthly variety of exercises (bands, exercise balls, weights, body weight exercises and yoga) motivates me. In addition, the quick access and simple-to-follow instructional videos are helpful to ensure good form and posture with training exercises. Finally, daily reminders help with my fruit, vegetable and water accountability. Communications with only one trainer make the daily, weekly and monthly checking more personal and rewarding.

With Jennifer Shelton‘s help, this app will help you and give you options for workouts. This is great and to hold me accountable to make sure I get my workouts in and things done.
