Users document problems by reporting – and / or taking photos with their mobile phones and uploading to the myFRISCO app. This service targets issues related to water, sewer, streets, traffic signals, lighting, signage, recycling & trash, animal control and code enforcement. myFRISCO is a convenient way to report a problem and monitor progress as our staff works on a solution. Ratings and Reviews
App works, sometimes.
The map function is terrible, when I type an address or just a street name, it tells me it’s out of jurisdiction and the map is either all grey or light blue, doesn’t load. It’s a pain to set the location, everything else including the quick responses from the corresponding departments are great.
Needs fixed
The app needs some work. When you open up the street section it puts you in Africa and you have to zoom out and then zoom into Frisco to find the location. Then once you do find the location the address is wrong. The app needs some work.
app fails
when I tried to pay bills it says the browser is outdated. please fix
