I can’t log in anymore since the app update

I used to be able to log in, but once patients age turned 18, it seems like no log in works and kicks me back to the log in! Help! What should I do? Was there an update that caused this?

Glitches all the time, can’t see reports and then some days I can. Doesn’t have much information on the app that I know I have.

Hi there, apologies for the inconvenience. When your child turns 18, your access to their MyCHOC information will stop. Your child can request access to their own account. Please visit https://choc.org/mychoc/#FAQ for more information.

I have to log in every time the app launches, for most things needed, the app cannot do and it redirects you to the website and you have to enter login information again.

I’ve stopped using it and going straight to the website because the app saves me no time and is less convenient at this point.
