The app supports most of our plans, but not all. Unfortunately, the app will not work for the following individuals: FEP members and Blue KC Medicare Advantage members.

Broken app, extremely annoying complications
Features of the app clearly don’t work. The directories are limited, and the associated web applications they take you too are also barely functional.
As another reviewer mentioned, virtual care does not work. If you manage to make it to the waiting room for a doctor (which itself was quite difficult), you will find that after waiting for 30 minutes, you are unable to actually connect to the doctor.
It looked like I was still charged for the visit, so I contacted customer support. The response was a copy paste answer about the solution I spent 30-40 minutes figuring out on my own (some mobile browsers are not supported).
If they know some browsers are not supported, why not tell me before I begin the process? As someone who is sick, this was an extremely frustrating experience. A chain of prompts and forms that should have taken 5 minutes somehow took 45.
BEST APP I ever use
I have used dozen of different insurance apps throughout the year and this has been the best of all. For me, the simplicity is key so it can be easy to find all the information I need for all medical needs. It’s also easy to navigate. I highly recommend using the app to find the info instead of waiting on the phone. I wish all the other app can be this simple to use and the design is also on point.

Virtual Care Feature is Broken
Tried to use the virtual care feature several times and it crashes when it is time for the appointment to begin. Everything seems fine in the virtual waiting room, but it crashes and goes straight to the review screen rather than the actual appointment. This needs to be fixed ASAP. I see other reviews mentioning the same problem which points to a bug in the software.
