My Skate Pro 4+

I’ve been learning to skate for the last few years and besides the basics I really wanted to up my skills! this app has totally helped me do it! I use to be so afraid of practicing and embarrassing myself in front of people now I practice right in my backyard with the easy tutorials. Love that there are so many different styles and instructors to explore! Highly recommend!

Skating is my life but this app ain’t it, yet. If you plan on designing an app make it is absolutely user friendly. I don’t want to be signing in to an app every single time I open it, it’s already on my phone. Not like I’m signing into my bank account. So it’s very annoying to retype in my email address and password every single time. It should remember my login information, that’s my biggest complaint so far. Probably the main reason I don’t use it too much honestly… even when you close out of it for a second it takes you right back to the log in page and you’re back to square one.

And you HAVE to have a login they don’t a consolidated page of all the free videos and then you can decide to have a password and login if you want to sign up as a member, which also doesn’t make much sense to me. But I still love the videos and I love that they have the “coaches in your area” section that is such a smart idea! I hope more coaches sign up closer to me and I can’t wait to see how this app grows and develops over time because I know there are plenty of talented people working on it.

The only downsides I see to this app is a little glitchy and I have a new phone. The other downside is that you can’t manage the subscription through the App Store. I do think the content is helpful for beginner to intermediate skaters and it is definitely aesthetically pleasing. The customer service is a little lacking in the area of urgency but they did help me with my request. I previously had left a very negative review and was pretty upset that it took a bit to receive support, but they did resolve the issue which I appreciate.
