The app works very well. Five stars for the app. Easy to use and full of resources. But when I tried to cancel my subscription (for the upgraded version) I found out that there’s no way to do through the app. I had to go through the email (“Subscription Confirmation”). I wish there was a cheaper subscription for folks who only use it seldomly. It wasn’t worth it for me — but I could appreciate the resources available in the platform that made it superior.

Wouldn’t let me cancel my FREE TRIAL after the week I got to test the app out, I touched on this in my last review from a couple mins ago. Thought I’d add this too that, over 12 months if you can’t cancel this that 120 dollars a year for something you won’t use or maybe use a lot kinda depends on your situation and work, I can see both how it’s good and not good depends on your work style. But like I said it’s not my work style so I be obligated to pay for it now. Kinda ridiculous that I’m required to pay for something I don’t want ! Or maybe that you don’t want so be aware !! I pray you can atleast get ahold of them as I am trying to and read the terms and conditions before putting your card in any app especially company card… yes it could be a write but still kinda ridiculous if your struggling or you business/company is ! Especially a small business ! That could make or break there rent… GOD BLESS and AGAIN I PRAY YOU CAN PAY ATTENTION TO THIS MESSAGE AND THE SMALL DETAILS🙏🏼🤲🏼 IN JESUS NAME I PRAY THIS !

There is also the option to select a free trial that allows you to access the entire app for free. I am so sick of going to the App Store thinking I’m getting something for free and then after I waste my time in space downloading a stupid app like this one and being told the only way I can use it is I have to pay him monthly or yearly fee!!! Keep your junk app I don’t want it I don’t wanna pay you any monthly fee and it really bothers me that you don’t tell us this upfront it should be a warning and I am so sick of Apple I so miss Steve Jobs that was back when the customer was the main focus and not making a buck.
Steve job wasn’t concerned about making money he knew it would come he was concerned about having a quality product and giving the American people something they didn’t even know they wanted.
Apple I’m ashamed of you you should make every app give a warning at the very beginning if it Hass to have a monthly or yearly fee to use.
