I feel very bad negative energies from this app and with the advisors. Plus they are rude and cold hearted and non compassionate.
Think it’s a con
Upon sign up, you get one free question. Got an “answer” and the typical “I can answer better with a reading”. Paid for a reading just to get a reply stating “I will need to do a full reading including career, finances etc. please reply with ok or just focus on the love life.” You can’t reply for free. You have to pay. AGAIN. I tried to email support. Doesn’t work. Bounced back with bad email address. So we’ll see if I actually get a reading.
Over 24 hours now since I paid for a reading and have nothing. Looks like the only way I’d get an answer is to pay $10 to the reply when I said I wanted a reading. Support email does not work. No way to contact anyone to get a refund.
Update: the app responded on here saying they had no email from me. Of course not, because in the above I stated twice their support email didn’t work and I’d get replies saying it was a bad email. I guess they fixed it because I was able to email them. The response I got was “we’ll look into it and talk to the psychic”. After “looking into it” they offered me a refund. No response as to why the psychic couldn’t answer. Said they could PayPal me a refund. I don’t do PayPal. They then said I’d have to email Apple support with iTunes for a refund. Two weeks later I still have no reply from Apple. I wouldn’t recommend this app at all. Worst ever.
