Description
My Pantry Tracker is a free app that helps you keep your pantry organized by keeping a detailed inventory. You can keep track of location, quantity, expiration dates, prices, and more. Pantry item data is quickly and easily added to the app by scanning item barcodes with your device’s camera! Item data is pulled from our massive online UPC code database filled with millions of items. You can also create shopping lists containing items you need and cross them off as you get them.

Version 1.7.1
Completely revamped the ‘Scan Item’ tab with faster barcode scanning and more scan modes, including scanning to increase, or decrease quantity.
Preselect last location used on add item form.
Show new quantity in popup message after consuming an item.
When scanning to consume an item, added: location, expiration date, and quantity to the list of items to choose from, instead of only the item name.
Added new setting to select the default chosen category on the add new item form.
Added new setting to completely hide the default ‘none’ category on the Category List.
The default ‘none’ category is shown last on the Category List instead of first.
Also, many other internal updates for better user experience and performance.

Exactly what I was looking for
This app is EXACTLY what I was looking for in an Inventory app! Super simply to use and clean looking. My only 2 complaints are the expiration section has a glitch so I cannot see anything therefore I cannot pick/change the expiration date. My second complaint is that there’s no contact for app support. If the expiration thing works, I would rate it 10 Stars if I could. PLEASE do something about this glitch. Otherwise, absolutely love everything about this app.

Best user friendly app
This is the best app of its kind and trust me, I’ve tried them all! The user interface is really clean and works really well. New features keep getting added too. The UPC barcode scanning is awesome, it really makes it quick and easy to track my pantry and other household items. Another great feature is with the cloud subscription, all my data gets synced to all my devices, including being able to access my pantry inventory from my computer in a web browser where I can export to PDF and Excel spreadsheets! Highly recommended!!!
Nice but
This looks like it has all the features I need BUT
Please add a continuous scan option. Having to reopen the scan window is a pain when scanning multiple items from your pantry. Also there does not seem to be a way to note open items an how much you have like for staples that you pour into canisters etc
