اجعلوا الدخول من خلال حساب المستخدم لرؤية جميع الأرقام المسجلة في الحساب والتحكم بها من خلال التطبيق كذلك العروض والفواتير والدفع يجب ان يكون من خلال التطبيق
Make the login through user account to see and control all the numbers in that account from the app and the offers the bills and the payment should be through the app
Awful as usual
The app design is very childish and outdated. Even trying to see the bills just goes to an infinite loading screen so it seems to have improper cloud integration. The loyalty program (Tikram) is the worst in the industry, correction worst in any industry. Instead of rewarding loyalty, they made the points expire so quickly they are entirely useless unless you're on the very highest tier plan. Basically it's better named a loyalty punishment program. About the only good thing about it is that they removed everyone from it and made it opt-in since it was so annoying and spammy about points gain and expiry. I am not sure why they bothered making a big deal about renaming the app it's still worse than ever.

My Orange App
This is a very basic app. It is inaccurate and does not work in real time like other operators apps. In other words, it will take a long time until it reflects the charges. You also don’t have the flexibility of changing offers or even viewing the bills without jumping from the app to the browser. This is very annoying. It is very clear that whoever designed this app has never seen other apps or even experienced what the consumers need in order to use the app. It is very disappointing to see such app from a company like orange. The developers should try other apps from other leading operators from the region to get an understanding of how an app should be. Very disappointing
