Online Payment.
I’m have requested automatic payment however each month I get a notification that my payment couldn’t go through. When I go to your site my auto pay is turned off! I turned it back on and paid my bill manually. That process was easy it is concerning that every month your auto pay system kicks me out
This app is TRASH
1/2/25: “Support Chat” is supposed to be “24/7”, via WhatsApp, except that they don’t respond. And, selection between lines or payment types has a bug. When you click on a selection, the “for” does not appear on the selection - until you click elsewhere on the page. Liberty, do you have HighSchool interns writing your app? I would expect HighSchool kids to be better software developers.
1/1/25: as mobile carriers go, Liberty is the bottom of the barrel. The mobile service is horrible, and the customer support is a joke. I was on Autopay for years, and the cancelled it. So, I set up a different payment option, but it doesn’t work! I try to make a payment and it gives a “System Error”, and two options: “Try Again” (same results) and “Support Chat”, which no one responds to! There is no “Back”, “Home”, or other way out of this screen except to close the app and login again! Who write this trash? I’m going to be looking for a new mobile provider. Previous review: “Self care” is hardly an appropriate description for an app for a mobile service provider. Surely you can come up with a more appropriate description that helps identify this as the app one is looking for! There is no obvious “Reset password” function on the login screen!

Easy for an old 76 year old!
I lost my current card so I had it only a digital wallet card and was able to extract the information and put it into the payment program and pay with that with the expiration date of 7/24, while I’m waiting for my new plastic debit card to arrive by mail from the United States.
