Change the Language or Add English Please
Hello, I don’t really like to make this review, but I’m hoping maybe if you read this you can add English or change the language to when it downloads in English. I just got a 2019 Kia Forte and I would love to learn more about this when using this app, but I guess I can’t until you change to when it downloads it will be English instead of Spanish or add English as a language to switch with. Please read this and reply about this situation asap. Thank you!
Why ???
I’ve downloaded and deleted and re-downloaded this app and couldn’t for the life of me. Figure out how to get it to English until I realize they don’t have English platform. I don’t know why Kia will put off this app in Spanish when English is a universal language. But I decide to give up on the app and just find some other way.
AMONGST THE OTHER REVIEWS
App starts you off in Spanish so I’m not even gonna attempt to register on this app it’s a simple fix when you have 15+ people telling you one specific problem. If the app was designated for a Spanish speaking demographic then it would be ideal to mention it in a description and have app preview images in Spanish and not English.
