Description
My Challenge Creator is a virtual coaching platform designed to create positive change through small daily actions that are designed to not only inspire but to create real change. My Challenge Creator uses the latest in positive psychology and gamification to take heavy lifting out of creating change, and makes it fun.
Why Challenges? Because if we really want to grow we need to practice. Courses, books, etc are great for getting the information you need but that’s only half the equation. The other half is application. With My Challenge Creator you now have the support, accountability and community you need to make sure you get where you want to go right in your pocket.
Each challenge provides a little daily inspiration, a personal journal, micro-coaching, and a couple proven exercises from neuroscience to put you at your very best. By making it a game, the Challenge tricks your brain into having fun while you’re learning or building new habits. And the best part is that it takes less than 5 minutes a day.

Love is Fluid
Not my favorite as the Love is based on personal love which varies just like the health of a person’s body fluid. Seems like people are stuck on their computers and trying to reach out.
