We're continuing our journey with the launch of our new Mud Bay app. Thank you to all of our early adopters for downloading this tool and giving it a spin!
We've heard some great feedback from our customers and have made a few adjustments in this latest version:
- Added clarification for new account creation (linking to in-store profiles) vs. returning app user login;
- Bug fixes for address entry when creating a new account;
- Added Contact Preference within profiles

Can’t log in
Similar to other reviews I’m unable to log in using same credentials I use to make purchases from the website. Phone number to get a txt to log into account is not recognized even though I’ve been using that number in my web account to purchase dog food for years. I appreciate the publishers willingness to connect to resolve the “issue” but honestly that’s not worth my time. This should not be hard.

At this time, our new Mud Bay app is linked to in-store accounts and is a separate service from our online store at mudbay.com. We'd love to help you get your account set up so you can access these features - our support team (customercare@mudbay.com) would be happy to assist.
Cannot even create account
Not sure what’s going on here… I’d love to be able to use this app, but it won’t even let me create an account… I cannot get my cursor (no tap click or toggle) into the address line field and the city field to fill out my information…
Same issue, even after uninstall and reinstall, and same thing on iPhone or iPad.
