풀무원과 OEM협력사를 위한 '풀무원 품질관리 시스템(PQMS)'와 API로 실시간 연동되는 모바일 어플리케이션입니다. mQMS를 사용함에 따라 PQMS의 현장 사용 편의성이 높아지고, 실시간 품질관리가 강화되며, 종이 문서가 줄어드는 효과가 있습니다.
[주요 기능 설명]
- 원료/ 포장재/ 제품검사 입력 : 원료 / 포장재 / 완제품의 품질검사 지시List를 확인하고 검사 결과를 모바일로 간편하게 입력할 수 있고, 사진과 첨부파일을 등록할 수 있습니다.
- 결재 요청 : 검사결과를 상위자에게 결재 요청할 수 있습니다. 중간단계 승인자를 추가할 수 있고, 참조자도 추가할 수 있습니다.
- 승인관리 기능 : 모바일에서 입력한 제품검사 결과에 대한 승인뿐만 아니라, PQMS에서 승인 요청된 다양한 요청목록*을 확인하고 모바일에서 승인할 수 있습니다. (*QMS문서 제정 및 개정 건에 대한 승인, 원료검사, 포장재 검사, 공정검사, 위생검사, 부적합 처리에 대한 승인)
- 부적합 처리 : 제품검사 결과가 부적합할 경우, 부적합 처리 절차에 따라 조치계획, 조치결과, 추가개선 사항을 입력할 수 있습니다.
- 원료Lot 정보 입력 : 제품 Lot 넘버와 투입 원부재료 Lot 넘버의 관계를 설정할 수 있습니다.
