Motel Rocks 4+

Not sure if this is a Motel Rocks thing or just their app, but it would be nice if people could leave reviews for their products etc. I've really struggled with sizing from them because their tops run small and their pants run big (and this is after double- and triple-checking their sizing guide and my measurements), and since they don't allow free returns, I'm stuck with these slightly ill-fitting clothes that I may or may not be able to have altered. If I could see reviews mentioning whether something runs big or small, or other pertinent issues, I'd probably be a lot more willing to purchase from them.

it has good clothes but it’s super pricey which is really annoying and the app is really glitchy and needs to be fixed asap, everytime i click my wishlist it’s blank. what’s the point of a wishlist if it’s gonna just be blank like bruh. and 10 dollars shipping for the us??? like really. i love the clothes so much but the app overall is very glitchy and the clothes are pricey

Nothing on this app works! It’s not letting me return my clothes- which were VERY low quality for the price I paid- and it keeps saying “Order not Found” when I input the order number. I have sent 2 emails to customer service and neither have been answered. The time is almost up before I can still return it and I don’t want to be stuck with crappy quality clothes that costed me $300! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. literally just thrift.

Well I figured out how to refund… cost me $27 but shouldn’t have trusted a shady company I found on Instagram. I had to Google their old refund service “Rebound” because their new one, “Loop”, doesn’t work AT ALL. save yourself the pain and $27 girlies.
