Description
If you are a homeowner who wants to monitor your additional payments in your home mortgage (and see how you are handsomely rewarded by your good behavior), this may be just the app for you. This app lets you keep track of your additional principal amount at any point of your payments. By continuously monitoring the progress, you can better plan your payoff schedule that fits your family’s lifestyle while reducing the risk of stretching it too much for a rainy day. Use it as a simple loan amortization calculator, test different interest rates, as a simulator for your future plan, or, what it is the best at, a tracker of your pay down over the life of your loans. (Note: Rounding error may be expected in the calculation in some cases.)

Really simple and straight order app. I’ve recently had a problem with it though: My additional payments haven’t saved for the past several months. I’ve tried re-entering it several times, but once I close the app, it reverts to 0.00 in the additional payment section for several months back.
Amazing app!!
I wanted something like this and found this app amazing. I could find all sorts of ways to track if I paid a set amount extra each month, how early my mortgage would be paid off but couldn't find anything that allowed me to input different amounts to pay extra each month. This app does just that. So I can pay whatever extra I can, which varies by month, and see exactly how it helps my mortgage. Seeing that calculation of how much each extra amount saves me in interest is very reinforcing and motivating!
Deleted my data. Stole my photos
The new update deleted all my data (extra payments) made in the past 2 years and someone also had a photo of my family in front of my house taken 2 years ago. I never gave this app permission to my photos. How in the world did you get that photo and then place it in the background? Super creepy. Also super frustrating that I no longer have all the extra payments I made in the past 24 months. I have to start from scratch. But it won’t be with this app. Creepy & frustrating. Bye!
