morphood: Personalize Recipes 12+

morphood has really opened up so many options for us. We now have an “easy button” for any time that we are entertaining and a guest has a food allergy or has any special diet requirements. We can select a recipe that will work for our entire group and then morph it to meet the requirements of that guest without compromising on taste or the recipe we want to make. We also have a son that is a division 1 football player with very specific dietary needs as well as another son with a GI disease that requires a specific diet. morphood has been our go to to accommodate everyone in our household with these specific needs. We use the search engine each weekend to meal prep for the week. It makes it soooo much easier to cook with the ingredients we have and also to only shop for the things we need. We have saved a ton on our grocery bills as well. My son also uses it for meal prep in college and my mother uses it to prepare low sodium dishes that my father actually enjoys. That has been a major difference maker in his health and he never complains about missing out on any flavor. It’s also a major game changer for our friends who cook for their son who has diabetes. Love, love, love it!

So exciting and inspirational for our patients with chronic disease and prevention of chronic disease in the future. .I finally have a unique and individualized app that provides a tailored plan for my patients in helping them achieve their goals and their best lives! Working as an RN CDCES in an Endocrinology clinic I have limited time in working with my patients ,so great to have this resource. My patients are loving that it is so simple to use and the ability to morph the recipes to meet their unique needs. I love each recipe has nutrition facts so they can use it in their meal decision making. I see this app being used by all!

This app is an amazing tool for anyone with dietary restrictions. It has every recipe you can imagine so I can turn my families favorites into something that accommodates our health needs. I’ve struggled in the past making things everyone in my family wants to eat, but that are also gluten free to accommodate my and my sons intolerance. Making separate meals gets tiring. This is an incredible resource, and help!
