• Chatbot – answers simple questions and helps you navigate digital banking.
• Predictive balance graphs—view deposit and withdrawal history and see how your future balance looks based on your income and expense history. This helps monitor your spending habits and ensure you are spending within your means.

Easy to use
I love having the mobile app!! A few features that would be nice is to be able to schedule transfers in advance. Also to make the transfer easier. I have to look at my cheer sheet to let me know what the codes are for the different fields. Ugh. I am not able to do a transfer when I out and about because of that. But over all it’s nice.

I love the app. Mainly to keep tabs on all of my accounts to make sure that nothing incorrect has been done. I check it twice a day every day. I have caught and authorize charges on my credit card from companies. And I am able to transfer from one account to another from a touch of a button. It Has made keeping track of my accounts super easy. I recommend every person at the credit union to use this app on a daily basis. Great job you guys.
You need to add the ability to check credit scores like all the other financial apps do…
