Great product -, useful additions , easy to use and integrate. Pleased with the growth of this company even though I wish they would have allowed early adopters more loyalty value and or better incentive system for sharing earlier. Would love a workflow bot next something that is well versed in trigger and action structures
Be Cautious – Feels Like a Scam and very bad customer support
I reached out to customer support twice to explain the situation and request a refund. Both times, I was met with dismissive responses, simply pointing me to their refund policy. They made no effort to understand my situation or offer any solution, repeatedly telling me, “We’re unable to assist with a refund in this case,” without providing any meaningful help.
Here’s what happened: I purchased an annual subscription while traveling in Asia, only to discover later that the app is completely inaccessible in China without a VPN—something that was never mentioned during the purchase process. Since I don’t have access/budget to VPN, and I will stay in Asia for a long vacation, the service turned out to be completely unusable for me.
Perhaps some tech-savvy users can predict and resolve these kinds of issues. But the company arrogantly ignores the fact that many users, like me, are new to AI technology and couldn’t have anticipated such problems. Instead of offering guidance or flexibility, they chose to shrug off responsibility entirely.
I've never seen a company in the US like this. If you really want to use their service, please be extremely cautious. Even if you can’t use the service at all, they will not refund your money. The poor customer service, combined with their rigid refund policy, has made this experience incredibly disappointing.
I accidentally paid $300 for this app (full year)
At first I was beside myself. I already pay for ChatGPT Plus and then the next day Windows CoPilot Beta appeared in my Windows 11 taskbar. I was bashing my face on my keyboard. I couldn’t get a refund… it had been too long. Well, the Monica team has not only given me and other users, without contact, upgraded subscription benefits when they change their pricing model, but I am extremely impressed with how quickly they are upgrading the entire application suite from Windows to iOS. The UI is getting better, the features are getting better, and I see trends that make me believe this is going to be an app that stands above the rest saturated section the AI technology market
