After the new firmware update any time I run a session like milk boost, every time it goes from one part to the next the vacuum level resets to zero. I wasn’t noticing since I am doing other things while pumping. And I was getting 1/3 of the milk id normally get. Now I have to keep the app open so I can pay attention to where in the session I am and manually turn the suction back up every few minutes.

After downloading the latest version of the APP, it supports editing every session level of the customized rhythm mode, so if you have any issues, please check every level you set on the customized rhythm mode first to see if the issue can be solved.

The app is very useable. It’s nice to have all your information like pump times and the amount I’m pumping in one place. I can control my M5s without having to fiddle with the machines themselves which is great if my hands are full with the baby.

One of two complajnts I have so far is the app records my date and time of pumping in the statistics page wrong on the graph. It’s correct in the time log underneath, but wrong on the graph itself. It shows the next day and two hours later than when I’m actually pumping. This doesn’t affect the usability of the app, but it is annoying since I’m an obsessive tracker.

My other complaint is that the pumping starts on whatever setting you had it on last instead of at level 1. So if I end my session at level 10, it starts up again at level 10 and that can be painful. It would be nice if each session started at level 1 so I didn’t have to remember to turn it down every time I ended a session.

As a side note, it would be nice if the app allowed you to record or recorded along side the milliliters how much you’re pumping in US ounces. Not necessary to use the app or even a complaint, it would just be nice.

At present, our app has a default gear memory function, which can save mothers time in resetting the gear to a certain extent.

I don’t see the point in recording your pump data if it goes away at the start of the next month. I got this pump because it had an app you can record the amounts you’ve pumped. I had mastitis shortly after my daughter was born and I wanted to record and track how much I was able to pump to catch if I was getting it again. I reached out to the company to ask how to look at the previous months pump data and they said that information isn’t available. It’s so ridiculous to pay so much money for a pump when the app that connects to it is inherently flawed and useless. Not only that, but the pump starts off with the last setting you used so if you aren’t careful, it can be incredibly painful.

Hello, dear customer. We are so sorry for the confusion. Once you finish pumping, all the pump data will be saved in the app's background.
To make the page simpler, the system will only show the data for one month recently, but don't worry—this issue will be fixed in the next version of our app. Once you update the latest app, the pump data can be checked by choosing the month.
