Description
Welcome among the users of „Mobile ticket” application!
Important information about the app:
• Free to download for iOS operating system
• Operating systems supported: iOS 16.0 (or more recent versions)
• Simple registration procedure optimized to mobile devices
Download the app and follow the registration process. Use your debit card or top-up your balance in for purchase.
Purchase your ticket or pass, even just before boarding. Upon boarding, please validate your purchased ticket by scanning the validation code placed either on outside or inside of the vehicle or at the subway entrance. Please show the appeared individual graphic to the bus driver or controller for control.
Should you meet a controller, please show the QR code version of the ticket or the pass on your mobile device, which is controlled by the personnel.
Please make sure your mobile phone is charged and has internet access.
In case you do not sign out of the application, the verified tickets are available for control scanning, while the ticket validation and visual controlling function are not available.

Clunky but functional
The app works fine, and registration only took a couple minutes. The payment menu is a bit clunky but it was not too hard to use. The bus driver was familiar with the app and I had no problem using my app to pay for both myself and my husband. Overall, satisfied with the experience!
In a time of need..didn’t work
I was in Budapest for 4 days, luckily I saw a machine and bought 10 paper tickets which worked great but then decided to use the app when I ran out. Well, my last ride in Budapest, I have a train to catch, I buy a ticket on the app. First it tells me Apple Pay doesn’t work. I start getting a credit card out, and by that time the Apple Pay has worked.
Go down the M4 lift and validate my ticket, the app spins for minutes… I keep going to the platform and then the app crashes. I open the app and it says not validated. I approached an agent on the platform to explain and she says to go back upstairs and do it again. Nah.. I have a train to catch. Luckily I didn’t get caught with an invalidated ticket!
Payment does not function
I can pay online anywhere with my debit card, yet in this app it does not work. Contacted the bank, it works fine from their end. Makes me do plus trips to the regular ticket purchase places in town. Shame.
