Mobilize Share is the carsharing service of Mobilize. You can rent a Renault city car or utility vehicle 24/7 on a self-service basis for as long as you want (one hour, one day or more).

Are you looking for a fast and autonomous car rental? The cars in the Mobilize Share network are available in several major cities as well as in the parking lots of several partner stores.

The Mobilize Share service offers a wide range of vehicles: city cars for your weekend getaways, utility vehicles for your removals as well as Zero Emission (ZE) electric vehicles for your quick errands in urban areas.

Vehicles available in our services: Twingo, Clio, ZOE, Captur, Mégane, Scénic, Kadjar, Talisman, Kangoo, Trafic, Master... Test our latest models and find vehicles for all your daily needs.

The Mobilize Share application will allow you to make your reservation with complete peace of mind:

How does it work?
1. Simply register from the application
2. Select your vehicle in the vicinity: in the city, in a branch or in the parking lots of partner stores
3. Reserve your vehicle and choose the duration of your reservation
4. Open and close the car from your smartphone and follow the instructions given by the application
5. At the end of your reservation: Extend or modify your reservations directly on the app. Simply return the car to its original location!

Great experience

The price is great, assistance is good too and overall it was a great experience. I’ll recommend and will definitely use again. If you have never used an electric car before there a few things you need to prepare to, on your own, so get ready to do some research. Not a huge deal though.

Worthless

This app is worthless and a waste of time. I have spent two weeks trying to create an account but continue to receive an error message “ an error happened in the attempt to connect to the server”
I have reported this twice by email to Renault and called their tech-support twice. I have received two different answers. No one seems to understand why it does not work on an iPhone running iOS 14.8. I am beyond frustrated. Also, you have to upload six photos, and two pages of demographics data before it pings the server, and only then do you find out that the server is not working. The program should tell you after the first screen so you do not waste so much time taking and uploading six photographs.

Fail

1/ You CANNOT pay with an American Express, Visa, or MasterCard not issued in Europe (for example: USA…). I am not even sure how this does not breach card agreement with Amex, Visa, MC. 2/ the website and the mobile app do not share the same account… I.e. if you create an account of the mobile app you can’t log into the website… 3/ my profile was initially rejected because my American driver license was less than 1 year old… I have a license in France since 1987 and since 2014 in the US. Had to call in the support to get my profile accepted. 4/ I had to switch off the WiFi to allow my profile validation to go through because the connection was deemed “unstable”. Overall, a nonsensical user experience if you are a tourist or expat from abroad.
