Know Issues:

Good Voice Quality
The voice quality is good each time I make call to Nigeria.
I will like to recommend that calls to Nigeria be made free or made to cost less than it currently is. There are other competitions out there that offer less per minute cost. I stay with VOIP because I have been a customer for too long.
Poor call quality
Long time use. The quality of this VOIP service used to very reliable. I’ve been using it for the past 14 yrs. I used to rely on it heavily on a daily basis but haven’t been using it much for the past 3 years because the calls quality has gotten very poor. Calls are muffled, unstable and just overall terrible, even with excellent quality Cellular or WIFI connections.
It seems the App hasn’t really been updated for many years and the drivers are just outdated and not up to par with today’s standards. I used to promote this App a lot within all my contacts and communication networks but I think it’s time to stop wasting money to recharge this service because it’s no longer fulfilling my needs and is not no longer providing quality services. Thanks for the time but I’m afraid it’s time to retire this App. I will delete it totally when my current credit expires
Great service
Even in today’s world when you can WhatsApp, Viber, signal, messenger to almost everyone it is very useful and sometimes vital to be able to call actual phone numbers.
I’ll be using this service for almost 15 years.
